require help from consumer farm

I am harish kapoor.I am blind person I bought mts zte n799d handset from mts dealer on 26 oct 2014 n its warranty for one year.After one month its battery suck out immediately and display also become white.I gave it to cosmo service center at faridabad on 24 dec 2014. They returned 20 jan 2015.After 8 days same problem occured.Now phone is there whenever I call there.They always speak rudely manner n never reply my querries.
