HI ,
I am Rahul and I got a new connection of aircel , As per the store representative I should receive 50000 minutes to call local aircel to aircel which I received and along with that I should receive 300 MB of 3G data which was not provided
I then recharged with the 251 voucher of aircel for 3G data and talk time talk time was provided but 3G data was not , I have already activated the 3G services on mobile but using data was causing me money from my main balance .
After I call the customer care these guys gave me the silly reason that your 3G services were not activated.
When I informed that I have received message from aircel that 3G services are activated then I stated using the internet they told that it was a wrong message and disconnected my call.
