Request for Refund – Customer ID – 1106822101

Hi,

I have been waiting for my refund money of Rs. 3257/- from Tikona attached receipt for your reference. As per your refund policy it’s shows 30 days but in my case its more than. I called customer care for that and registered my complaints here is my complaint number – 1-2372283975. As per latest update my cheque has been issued on 27th July but nobody know about it where is my cheque now. I have followed up with your marketing people who actually came for installation. They are also not helping me out especially Prasad Mirzapure (Not picking up my calls or giving me false commitment).

Now, I am pretty much sure about your services how you are handling your customers. Due to Network non feasibility at my home, Tikona broadband cannot be installed but it’s doesn’t mean that Tikona won’t entertain my query/issues until or unless my refund.
