Sir,
I bought a water purifier from whirlpool on April 2010.Last year I took AMC for 2 years.I paid around Rs 4000.The plan started from April 2011-2013.Now my purifier is not working. I registered the complaint on whirlpool customer care on July 20,2012.They sent the engineer and he reported that membrane was spoiled.But he was refused to change it.so again i registered a new complaint on customer care.They sent another engineer.He reported that membrane and prefilter was spoiled. I called on whirlpool customer care so many times.But still now i don’t get any feedback.Now i am buying water from outside.
I request you to take action against this.All the original documents are with me.I am ready to submit it whenever required.
