Not replacing or repairing broken product under warranty

Dear sir,
I had brought a Philips air fryer from eBay and it shipped in a sealed and properly protected package to me. On first use it started making a funny noise. We called customer care and they took it to the service centre. Now they are saying that it cannot be repaired add it is broken badly. Neither are they replacing it and blame it on transit damage. But they are not ready to give me any written proof that the product is damaged in transit. If i had a written proof from the company that it is broken in transit than i can put up a claim on ebay regarding its replacement. Neither does the product has a single scratch on outside, but is broken inside. The company is making a fool of customers. My Philips complaint id is 501866951044. The person who talked to me regarding this is mr manish kaushal and his number is 9501377477. Please help me.
