I registered a complaint of damaged jars as soon as I bought a new Morphy Richards Mixer Grinder in Feb’2014. That complaint was made while I was in Siliguri. The complaint was handed over to a Bajaj ELectricals service centre, which did not contact me at all for fixing a service appointment. I finally called them myself after 2-3weeks. The man who attended the call said that he will revert back in 15mins after checking his list of complaints. Thereafter, I did not receive any call from that centre. I shifted to dehradun in Jan 2015 and called Morphy Richards direct customer care on 15th Jan2015 for the fourth time since Feb’2014! I registered a fresh complaint for the same unaddressed issue and gave them my new address. Today is 31st Jan and I still had not received any return call from any Bajaj service centre. So I called the Customer Care of Morphy Richards again and conveyed my anger at their dis satisfactory service and asked to speak to a senior executive. After having made me hold the call and then disconnecting it for three consecutive times, I have yet to speak to any senior executive. Moreover, I have not yet received a call back from either the customer care or the service centre till now updating me of any progress. That brand new mixer grinder waits to be used even after one year of purchase! Kindly help me out of this utter inconvenience.
