Sir,
I have purchased one Mobile Phone from nokia. My mobile is under warranty. I m facing issues of its sudden switch off. Any time suddenly its get switch off and not get restart again. I have gone to customer care many times and they have kept my phone more than 25 days. After that they have given me back stating that there was a circuit problem which is now resolved. But still same problem is there and again they people are saying that we will send this mobile to their head service centre and it will take more than 25 days. .. Now I don’t want this faulty mobile again because after in few days my warranty going to be finished.
I want either a new mobile or a different mobile worth same as like my lumia 920.
Pls help me to resolve this issue.
