I purchased a lcd tv from Sony india pvt. ltd. but it develops some display issue which I reported to customer care. Their engineer told that the disply panel is to be replaced and if panel availablity would be limited then a new LED tv be provided at the cost of replacement panel. Now they are telling that panel is not available so we will give you only 25% discount on purchase of new LED tv. My demand is to enhance discount at least 50%. Reply from sony is pasting below.

This is in reference to your Sony BRAVIA Model KLV-32S550A Serial no. 6153178 purchased on 21-05-2009.
We received service request of your set at our Authorized Service Center M/s Powerlux Enterprises, Patna vide job no. J42706968 dated 03-11-2014 with symptom –White patches on screen. Upon inspection of the product by our engineer, the LCD Panel needs to be replaced to service your product.
As we have explained to you in our last communication, since the spare avaibility is limitedas an alternative option we provide you an offer of a new Sony BRAVIA at 75% of the set’s Maximum Retail Price (MRP) i.e. 25% discount on the MRP of the new product.)
