Purchased,through CSD,ATAMA SINGH &SONS,CHANDIMANDER CANTT.Installed by authorised unit,before installation service personals found the product faulty,taken to work shop to initiate replacement proceedings,but came back after three to four days with the old units saying company had not agreed,insisted to installed repaired units.On trail run fan assembly gave excessive ratting sound,first tried to convinced saying will go after running the unit.Were called and complaint made gain said the season is over will change the assembly on receipt. Nothing was done Two free services could not be utilised.Request to apprise the matter to the senior staff.Matter is being delayed as warranty period is approaching nearer
Relief Requested
[a] Replacement or return of money with interest. On instalment of new unit free warranty two free services as authorised including free installation charges.
[b] Harassment caused to senior citizen
and ex defence personal
[c] Matter to be taken up at senior level to required action as deemed fit to tie loose ends
