Replacement of Split AC

Name of company/service: LG Best Shop- Shri Silver Enterprise
I bought a Split AC Model No. LG AC LSA5ZP3VTY6 on March 19th 2010. But within last one week i am facing the problem of water leakage . I have filled complain against this issue thrice in LG customer care. Twice the service men came and did something. But the problem still continues. So i just want my product to be replaced by a new one.
