I purchased this samsung mobile phone in april and till date being in warranty twice the motherboard has been replaced after that thrice i have submitted my phone to the service centre for repairing as it has many problems which i am facing repeatedly like charging problem, heating problem, hanging problem and still there is no solution for that. I have spend 12ooo rupees and i feel the company has cheated me and after that also they are not providing the services. Whenever i visit service centre they give me vague and false reasons and they show that the fault is from my side. Even being my phone in warranty i have paid for the services for the new motherboard. After a lot of crying and cribbing i reached to the samsung headoffice and begged for the replacement or the solution bt it was all invain. They gave me a temporary solution and repaired my phone. It lasted for a month and again there was a charging problem and again i went to the service centre they again showed that i am wrong and repaired my phone temporarily and it lasted for 2 days today again i am facing the same problem. When i go to the servvice centre the mis behave with the customers. They make them wait unnecessarily. I feel like the biggest mistake i have done after purchasing the samsung phone. I feel that consumer forum is the last option which can help me for the justice. Kindly accept my plee and provide me justice.
