Pressurise me to resign from the job

I am working in a Nightingale Home Health PVT. LTD. Vipul Agora Mall,MG Road Guraon.

My husband was working in the same Company as per. He got an opporunity to better job than it. So he bear 1 month salary for releaving From Company.

So the company pressurisse to give the resignation without any fault of me. so I demand for 3 month salary for bear this.
