Sir,
I bought Samsung galaxy ace duos mobile on 26/05/2012 and it had a built in defect from day first. In the warranty terms nothing was told about the terms of replacement.When I asked for replacement when the problem was very prominent, the company denied and said we will repair and give. Whereas I want the replacement as this problem was since my purchase. Now they say you should have come WITHIN FIRST FOUR DAYS OF PURCHASE. How would I know this when I was not told about this policy. I have conversed with them continuously since 2/7/12. But they are not ready to replace. I don’t want to use a repaired piece when I know it had a manufacturing point defect, even though they have repaired it, though they have repaired it, now for me its a repaired piece. Please guide me what should I do.
I have all the e-mail correspondences and the company’s reply with me. Thanx and regards.
