I have purchased on 09/03/2013
and delivered to me on 21/03/2013. I had registered complaint on 22/03/2013 for replacement due
to network not supported by system and over heating problem. Till now I have not received DOA
(Dead On Arrival).
I Earnestly request you to sand me DOA As soon as possible, So that I can replace &
get new one or refund money on urgent basis.
Dear Shiv ram, I’m also facing the same problem but I have been informed that the mother board of v1 tablet has to be replaced. I have not even kept on for more than two hours( 10 minutes – actually used the tablet). Since March 02, 2013 this is with the service centre, i’m not receivig any response from HCL till date. I have email to them more than 10 times no response and called them up atleast 6-7 times. I would suggest you to go for a refund otherwise your tablet will be in service centre for infinite times and you will not even use more than 15 days during the warranty period as they will delay the servicing too. I have informed them to refund my money and informed my credit card provider to reverse the amount…..can see what will happpen…….This is fraud company and they will not be in market more than one year from now…….Purchase from a company where we can trust…..china tablets is much better than this……..atleast they will not cheat us bu giving defective piece…………….I’m also thinking to approach consumer forum atleast others will not get affected….HCL is torturing us……….

This really fraud company i also purchased HCL ME U1 Tablet in 14/11/2012 and gave repairing on 12/01/2013 but still it is not repaired and they also not giving me the refund. you can’t imagine that they change my display for another tablet and showing display problem. i put the complaint in consumer forum. i am waiting for reply.
