didn’t got my salary n thr cheque which they had given me z now bounced

I was working in an IT company Nayara software system pvt ltd, Noida. In the month of December I had resigned from there because they were not paying me in time, then at the tym of resign they told me that they will clear my dues in 1month then at the last of that month I got two cheques of rs. 10000 each n there clearing date were 20th march of 1cheque and 20th April of another cheque, but now mine cheque of date 20th march is bounced, now I want to know the legal procedure to get my money.
So plz help me out.
