Replacement of damaged product by Pearl Overseas, New Delhi (Tradus order no. 7289623_01)

I have recd. Kids Educational Advanced Talking Laptop from Tradus.com wide Order Id: 7289623_01 but the same found not workable condition therefore I have return the same to supllier M/s Pearl Overseas wide DTDC AWB No.: M82856019 dated 04.02.2013 and the supplier promise to replace the product with alternate product and same has been confirmed on phone and e-mail, but till date I have not received my product from m/s pearl overseas and they are not responding on mail or their contact number.
