This is in regard with the complaint of LED 54cm to the CROMA. The Complaint No.AHD020613FS00001 on dtd. 02.06.2013. The solution is not provided till yet. The executive came day at the time of register complain and was not able to resolve the problem. He has informed to me penal problem & penal replacement require after that till date we have register several time customer complain & various time discuss with executive but I am not received any one time response from him.
Then we ask the executive what to do in this situation. He told us that the LED replaced as early as possible. Hence I trust with executive bit after one month I am not received LED replacement & not received one call from him then I call to executive he says I am coming at home & take a photographs for LED. Till date neither received any replacement nor received any feedback from him as well as customer care.
Hence I am frustrated with his services now.
MY LED is in warranty. Due to much problems we have rights to make it replace. I want the LED to replace anyhow.
Please resolve as early as possible.
