REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PCBs

Respected Sir,
I have purchased 7 AC of DAIKIN from dealer Naresh Marketing,Raipur which is is installed in my office and all are of INVERTOR Technology

Recently, I have faced problem in TWO PIECES of 2 TON AC, in which the ac did not start which a green light kept on continuously blinking. Hence I complained to Naresh Marketing for service. They sent their technician KAJAL to sort out the problem but only after 15-20 days he was able to LOCATE THAT PROBLEM IS WITH THE PCB.

Later I was informed that PCB had to be replaced and a SINGLE SET would cost approx.16,000/-.

Sir, I purchased these Acs in month of November 2012 and started using the Acs set in the month of February 2013, i.e. after the remaining interior work got completed.

Now, it has been 1year and 4 months elapsed since I have been using these Acs and now it is costing me 2X16,000=Rs.32,000 for Repairing Expenses within 1&Half year.

On vigorous complain by me to Daikin service people they have replaced PCB in only one ONE OUTDOOR UNIT.

I know and I am again informed by the Daikin officials that it is OUT OF WARRANTY. But, my emphasis is on the point that there is manufacturing defect in the units which have been discovered AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

If Daikin has admitted to this and replaced one Pcb unit then WHY NOT THE ANOTHER??

I have surfed the internet and found that this is a COMMON PROBLEM.
I hope Daikin settle the issue at the earliest.
