I have a phone HTC desire 501.what I purchase on 14-5-2014,which starts malfunctioning during the period of December I submitted my device at service centre in the month of January and they take approx 1 month to repiar it but I did not get great response because the phone I get was not in good condition as before then I submit again my device to HTC service centre and they accept the replacement approval but they did not giving me a equivalent phone they were giving me HTC 616 and I demand for 526G+ but they did not accept it though this phone has equivalent features and lil bit advanced but as compared to my device cost this phone has low cost. So kindly take a right step toward my query and try to take right decision I will go with your with decision but I don’t want 616 because it worst phone as compared to my device I will accept the same configuration phone as my 501 have..my phone was HTC desire 501 16gb.
