THEY REJECT MY CALL WHEN I CALL ON 198

Hi,
I tried to call on 198 from my aircel no. 9716381948 on 26 th & 27 th Mar 15. But always they reject my call. I am unable to share my problem with aircel customer care. I called from other aircel number but before resolving the issue they disconnect the call. Besides the behaviour of persons on 198 is very rude. Expect a action against them.
