Dear, sir/madam I am having a voltas .75 ton window air conditioner.
There was some problem in the compressor, on the advice of voltas
service man (Raj Engineers Haridwar), compressor was changed by the
voltas service center. But after the replacement, the new compressor
made a lot of noise and subsequently shutdown. Now its not working for
last three months. I have made complains in the service center haridwar
and registered complains to voltas customer care. But no body has
turned up to see the problem. Moreover as per voltas customer care
center record four times service man has come to see it and has solved
the problem. But in realty problem has not even seen. I have made
complains on 12/06/2012 registration no 12ju1408271 and 12/07/2012
registration no 12jl1502050. I requested you to kindly look into it
