I order a spy pen with audio & video recording to on line shopping from ShopClues.com on nov. 14,2014 for product code 564609 costing rs 599 & shipping cost rs 50 total Rs. 649 through net baking. I got the said product which was defected and charging cable was missing. I complain the company with ticket no 1466408 for it & send back the sealed product to the told address as required by company with return no 612297 .Company acknowledge the same but did not send me the replaced product containing charging cable .I request the company many times to send me the same but they do not care. I request you resolve my problem. Address where I return the sealed product as told by company is Clues Network (P) Limited, Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi – 110061 Phone: 011 – 28063316 – 15 .

ShopClues.com is a fraud website, I had same experience. I did order for a data cable for iphone and they sent me a charger without cable. I too returned the product, as I was told they will refund in a week time. But that was never done. I’m not sure if this forum will help us, but posting here to aware other users.

Same thing happened with me. I ordered a pair of shoes but shopclues sent me two different shoe in that pair one is 7number and another one is of 5number.
Return request filed by me but bc shopclues says they does not have pick up servies at my location.Then I courier my product to above address as same is your dude but nothing happen till now .
I got nthg but 799rs of shoes + 154rs of courier charge = they fraud me total 953rs
