Dear Sir,
I have purchased Camera Sony Model No. DSC-WX80/W vide Invoice No.12512 dated 31.05.2015 for Rs.9,900/- from JUMBO ELECTRONICS CORPORATION PVT LTD,Z Square,The Mall,Bada Chauraha,Kanpur (U.P).The cover on charging point is not shutting down and always remains open. I contacted your service centre at Benajhabar Road,Kanpur.He refused to replace/repair the charging cover under warranty and demanded Rs.3000/- for replacement charges of the same while the product is under warranty.
Matter be looked into and instruction for replacement/repair of the cover as detailed above at the earliest so that good will of the company may be maintained.
