Delivered Product not as per advertisement by Biba

I ordered coulpe of garment items through online portal of Biba. One of the items was a salwar set with dupatta, but when I received the product, dupatta was not there and even I complained they didn’t reply. They sent me a coupon in mail which was expired when I checked and also I didn’t want that. I wanted the product as per order.
