Repairing of Mobile phone under warranty

Sir,

I submitted by Mobile phone on 16 .02.2017 to service center of intex named kings electronic at jammu. The Phone was under warranty period. They were failed to repair the mobile phone till 11.3.2017. As per company policy of INTEX ,the service center can only keep the mobile phones for 15 days for repairment. Since they have exceed the time period. I had made so many visits to service center and lodged so many complaints to intex company. But every time they are giving me new dates. Kindly help me out in this issue.
