I have submitted my Micromax a91 model mobile phone which is under warranty period to the Micromax service centre on 8th of August 2014 as my phone sensor was not working. They told me that it will be repaired in 10 days. But even after 45 days , they are not giving my mobile back to me.They always tells that your phone has been not repaired yet, in mid of this i got a message from Micromax service centre dated on 10th august 2014 on my number that your phone has been repaired and you can collect it now. Still i went there many times and called them but they are not providing my phone to me. Please look in this matter cause being a student i am facing a lot of problem in contact my family.Thanks in advance for your future help.
