job fraud

there is a hiring company and I was searching
my job and one day they call me and I saw
there website Www.pernanenthiring.com and
mr. anil sir help me for the job and in
that process I pay 2100 rs. in his hdfc bank
account number .
uvcareerservices noida branch. he told me that
you are shortlist by hvaccompany and mr .
anil sir told me you are shortlist by hvac
company and there is a process of you submit
6800rs. For a conformation and 2 people are
come by company side in your home and check
out your documents and working place so you
submit that amount and I submit same
account number again and next day anilsir
told me you are submitted again 11000 for
security amount and you must be pay that
amount I pay only 10000 rs. and I told him
please first you send me conformation latter
he send me but only few words from you are
selected and as per our discussion. I said you
never told me that much amount you want I
too much confused my all friends are said
please don’t do this but as per anil sir
convenience I again send 10000 rs. and there
is a last process in my side but after I
completed he never call me when I was call he
cut my phone and unfortunately he received
they just tell me mam you are in the process
and I telling to much but he cut my phone
again and again today I’m go bank but they
can’t provide me any details because it is a
rule. Please help me I had all receipt I lost my
25000rs. and I think so many people do that
