Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Smart Television set Model – UA 40D 6600 Sl. No. 20153ZNC100272-B on dated 24/02/2012 vide bill no. 30984
from M/s Bansal Electronics, SCO 21 Sector 11, Panchkula (Haryana).
On Broad band connection on dated 22/05/2012, we observed that T V is not connecting with G mail. Therefore I registered a complaint to your
Customer care center on dated 26/05/2012.
The Service engineer visited within two days and tried to fix the problem but could not succeed. He told us that he will replace the P C B of TV
in next few days.
Service engineer Mr. Kuljit Singh & team visited on 07/06/2012 and replaced the P C B but the problem is remaining same. Then he discussed the
matter with Samsung technical head and replied me that we are facing this problem in our “D” series T V sets from our Samsung server but the “E” series
is functioning well.
Dear sir I had replaced my old T V with this much expensive Smart T V set to enjoy all these features including G mail facility, which was shown and
demonstrated at the time of purchase of set. Due to nonfunctioning of G mail our purpose of purchasing Smart T V set is defeated.
Please look into the matter to resolve the problem as earliest possible because I am incurring monthly bill of broad band also.
In any case if the problem is not solved, please replaced TV Set with G mail compatible T V Set or refund total amount and lift the TV set.
Kindly forward this latter to head customer care with copy to undersigned.
