Dear Sir,
I subscribed to Yahoo India’s Small Business Web Hosting Service for my company WAIN, for 1 year. My site name was www.wainindia.com. The subscription was due for renewal on 1 May 2013. I wrote them on 25th February 2013 saying that please do not renew it. Despite that they have renewed my subscription and billed my HDFC credit card # 5523 4410 0075 6059. Please ask Yahoo India to issue me a credit note and ask them to apologise to me. They should be penalized for this act.
