fraud, wrong deduction, inappropriate complaint addressal

Name of company/service: reliance gsm

i have reliance gsm connection ,recharged with std tariff pack on 28/04/2013,after 45 mins made a call to a std num . tariff didn’t apply and extra deduction of rs 55 was made . on complaint they gave a complaint num and asked to wait for 48 hrs . After 48 hrs i receive a reply that right deduction was made ..on asking again call centre guy says he can’t do anything as he doesn’t have data . they haven’t retained it . and no refund will be made …
