Dear Sir,
I was using a Reliance mobile by number 9791442266. I had it surrendered in Oct 2011 and 4 other number were port changed/disconnected. The Reliance people at the store did not close all my numbers account due to the reason of their sales target (thats what the sales guys confessed later). They kept my number 9791442266 under safe custody without my knowledge/consent. my only motive was to run away from Reliance as we were very very impressed by their world-class service. I did not know that this number was kept under safe custody. Now from Oct 2011 Reliance has been billing 100/- per month for Safe custody + 100/- for non payment fee which adds up to 200/- every month and they were multiplying this for months and months. Only RCom knows why this was not suspended after three consecutive non payment month. Now the total is somewhere around few thousands. How am i to be blamed for this???
Today i received a call from DELHI COURT information desk NO:7 and their number is 09643497183 and was told that “Money Cheating” case is registered at Delhi Court bearing file number 905 DC and threatened to issue arrest warrant against me. They gave a number of RC Gowtham 08587813652 a senior lawyer and was asked to call him.
Mr.RC Gowtham on the other hand told me that arrest warrant will be issued against me if the bills for 9791442266 is not settled immediately within 5:30PM. He speaks broken english and keeps saying the same threatening message of arrest warrant. I could hear people speaking in TAMIL in the background, which means he is not based in DELHI and i calling from some RCOM office/call center. THIS IS CLEARLY A WORK OF RCOM.
