I am post paid Vodafone customer.Currently I am in abroad on temporary assignment.When I am leaving my number was activated with international roaming data pack.But my usage was very very minimum.
bt monthly billing was Rs.2000 to 3000.Then I mailed to Vodafone Karnataka circle. after follow up of 5-6 mails they replied me that I can get it deactivated the plan that I had. But still I will be receiving messages & emergency call which was my purpose..
Still I don’t know weather they De-activated my plan or not they have not confirmed it even after 16 mails they are not replying. But this month billing is shockingly Rs 12500.
Please advice me should I pay it or not.
