Reliance Not allowing to port out

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance

I had applied for number portability 5-6 times as I wish to port out of reliance CDMA service. My application has been rejected 5-6 times. When enquire with the new service provider as to what’s the issue they say that reliance is rejecting my request. When I ask about the same to reliance customer care the reply that I have got is that they keep transfering from one operator to another or they put you on hold for half an hour after which you are irritated and cut the call or even worse they hang up and once i got a reply that they are resolving the issue. I applied for portability 1st in November,12 then in December,12 then in January,13 then in march,13 and every time it has been rejected. So my question to reliance is how long does it take to solve the issue? What is the issue? Is this how your customer care should be? i have been with reliance for past 5years and still have many reliance number. if this is how your service is going to be then i guess ill be disconnecting most of my nos. It’s affecting your reputation and won’t take you a long way. Hope that you can help me with it or I am planning to move to consumer court for all the time wasted, money spent and mental torture which i have gone through. this isn’t something that’s just happening with me but many other customers as well.
