Complain against Sansung for continuously ignoring the issue with Samsung Galaxy SL gti9003

Hi There,

This is Tarun Shukla from Pune.

I brought a Samsung Galaxy SL gti9003 from Pune in Nov 2011.

I am facing one issue from last 8 months which has not been resolved yet.

There is a very common issue with this specific model of Samsung mobile. The phone started giving me “Internal sd card unexpectedly removed” message and then goes to a restart mode and hangs there and never restarts.

This problem happens after every 5-10 minutes if I keep my mobile idle.

I had searched over internet regarding this issue and could see thousands of people facing the issue with this specific mobile and they are also not getting any resolution.

I went to the Samsung service center and they took my phone and did the software update and took around Rs.500 from me. I took my phone back but the issue did not fix. I again went back and they again took my mobile and then updated me that phone’s motherboard need to be repaired and it will cost me Rs 10000(ten thousand).
The phone is already out of warranty and I was told to pay the whole amount to fix the issue.

I took the phone back from Service center.

Keeping the fact in view that almost all people using this specific mobile are facing this issue, Samsung could have done something or they may have stopped the selling of this product from market.

I had earlier also filed a complaint for this and very next day I got a call from Samsung Manager from Gurgaon from this number +91-9871536094. That person told me that instead of 10,000 I would have to pay 5000 to the service center to fix this. But this deal looks like a Bribe to me to stop complaining about their bad product which is continuously causing MENTAL HARASSMENT to me from last 8 months.

I need justice in this as I had spent almost 19,000 in buying this product.
It is not something which I have done wrong with my mobile.
This is a common issue with this mobile and I need all deserving compensation against this product and the continuous harassment Samsung is giving me.
