Hi,

I took a reliance netconnect datacard (ZTE device) which was working fine initially for few months. It then started giving problem, basically the device was getting heated up and stopped working. Though it was not stopped working fully but was working partially as i had to disconnect, wait for some time and reconnect. I gave few complains but they didn’t take action. I told them very clearly if the problem is not resolved, i will stop the payment. Finally, after few weeks they sent one Engineer to my house & he confirmed the problem with device, the concern was immediately informed to the customer care. Then they said me to visit the ASC(authorized service center) nearby. I called the ASC and check if they are ready to give me a new device. They told me “YES”. As they didn’t have the stock, i was told to come after few days(10/12). When i went to the ASC, they denied to give me a new card. They told they will copy the data to an old empty device and will give. I didn’t agree with that as the device was within warranty period. I had informed the same to the person(Varun Shurpatne) i was in touch. Then there was no response at least over a month. As i informed them before, i didn’t pay the amount.

After that, i was getting calls from Billing department. I told them the issue and shared the complain numbers also. They didn’t do anything either.

Now, few days again i got a call from Billing Dept saying they will send me legal notice and they sent it.

I request the authority to look into the matter and take the appropriate action.
