I got a Broadband connection in Feb 2011 and company promised me a speed of 3.1 MBPs with unlimited usage @ 800 or 850 Rs. per month but they did not provide me a speed more then 200 KBPS and after making several complaints did not hear to my grievances & I paid them bill of 850 Rs. say for 6 months but could not hear a song or watch any movie using this connection so I requested for another connection of reduced speed for limited data for which they increased bill to 1800 Rs. for which I said it should not be more then 600 Rs as I made a request of not more then 600 Rs connection with limited usage & speed. Then this company stopped my connection suddenly without informing me & they made late payment charges & increased my bill several times without connection although I did not connect any broadband device in my system say for atleast 4 to 5 months. After this period they made late payment charges & suddenly started calling me for making payment. I said I can’t make payment as your services were really bad & I did not get any speeed & could not watch anything or hear even a song but their man promised me again speed of 3.1 MBPS with unlimited usage & charged me 5549 Rs. for unlimited usage & still did not start connection for another 2 months. After starting this connection say in mid feb 2012 again they started harassing me by sending bills and asking for tax bill and started sending me bills from july although six months connection was supposed to terminate in mid august 2012 & did not provide me any speed and their engineer did not visit me even once. Then I sent several emails to them & made calls on their no. but they neither disconnected my connection nor gave me any internet speed and started harassing me by raising bills. I am askling them for stopping this connection as it is not useful to me which they are not doing & they are not increasing net connection speed and are not even cancelling connection not even providing any service. Please save me from this harassment as I am in night shift working with Oracle India as a financial analyst & can’t visit their store during day time as I need some sleep as well during day time. Please stop them from harassing people like this & degrading credit history of people. Please take strong action against this company of Reliance communication.
