NON ATTENDENCE TO COMPLAINT

I WAS NOT RECIEVING ANY SIGNALS FROM THE DISH FOR 4 TO 5 DAYS. I THOUGHT MAYBE BECAUSE OF CLOUDS. BUT ON 19 JUL 2012 I CLIMBED ONTO THE ROOF TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND THE CONNECTION TO THE ANTENNA BROKEN BY MONKEYS. I IMDTLY LOGGED A ONLINE COMPLAINT ON AIRTEL DTH SITE ON 20TH. WAS TOLD IN AUTORESPONSE THAT IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT IN TWO WORKING DAYS. SO ON 22ND WHEN NO ACTION WAS DONE I GAVE THE REF NO OF MY EARLIER ONLINE COMPLAINT AND REGISTERED A NEW COMPLAINT, AGAIN GOT A AUTORESPONSE OF TWO WORKING DAYS. HAVING LOST THE OPPORTUNITY OF SEEING THE FINAL DAY OF TOUR DE FRANCE AND THE OLYMPIC OPENING CEREMONY I CALLED UP THE REEGIONAL CUSTOMER CARE NO. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ONLINE COMPLAINTS. SO AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT IN TWO WKG DAYS. BUT TWO DAYS AFTER NOTHING. SO TILL TODAY EVERYDAY I AM SENDING A MAIL TO THE VP AND AGM OF THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING. ALL THIS WHILE I HAVE A HEFTY RS 3200 PLUS BALANCE IN MY AIRTEL DTH ACCOUNT. TODAY IS THE 19TH DAY OF MY TV “FASTING” . KINDLY TAKE SUITABLE ACTION PLEASE.
