I had request for personal tune Mr. Ram on 19.12.2012 but the tune activated Mr. Ranveer Verma. In this regard I had complaint to customer care 4th time. But my tune not change. This contact no I use for office purpose so I had deactivate this wrong tune on 28.12.2012.
But as per my this month bill they charged caller tune charge rs. 30 and VAS charge rs.165. (11 unit).
How can it be possible to charge 11 time same personal tune activation charge in one month???
You are requested please deduct my wrong charged amount from my current month bill.
So many time I had contact customer care but they told me they charged correctly. No refund possible.
Please help.
