In April 2012, I had bought a holiday voucher from Bagit Holidays by paying Rs.7999/- which entitled me to 7 nights and 8 days of stay in any of their listed resorts. I was given all assurances of service, but my requests for holiday slots have been met with total silence from the company. I have sent repeated e-mails, but I have not received any response. When I try to call them, they cut my calls. The holiday voucher has a validity of only one year and that will expire in April 2013. I have made the payments, sent mails and made calls asking for holiday slots, but to no avail. They have not even responded my requests. I have lost Rs. 7999 and also have had to change my holiday plans many times last year, resulting in extra expenditure.
