Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Maschender Paripalli from Hyderabad. On 19-Mar-13, one of the executives from APPCO Group INDIA came and explained about the reliance DTH connection that they are providing. I was impressed with the features that were explained and immediately, I opted for that and provided a cheque num: 750118, issued at Citibank, Hyderabad. Though it was said that the connection would be installed within 7 days of cheque clearing, we didn’t get the connection even after more than 50 days.
I have been calling the executive who came and explained, the manager concerned and the office also. Inspite of making so many calls, still they are not responding properly. They are so blatantly saying that it is not their responsibility to respond on those queries. Their duty is to just collect the cheque and pass on to the head office. They are not even providing the office address also. I even called the head office, but, they are also not replying.
