Non Instalation of Furniture

Name of company/service: Home Town (Future Group)

Dear Sir/Madam

I have ordered a Centre table on 23-03-2013 from Home Town store in Dahisar, Mumbai(A future Group enterprise). The SO No is 2041009803. After a repeat complaints and request i recived an order on 19-04-2013, but it was an incomplete order without some parts and their installation team can not install it, Thereafter it is a continous struggle and i have got no positive reply from their side, my complain No is – 5001701.The centre table is not yet installed.

This has been a source of continous harrasment to me, Money was paid in advance. Request earnestly to look into this matter
