I have booked HD – Diamond package through Appco Marketing (India) Pvt.Ltd vide their order booking receipt no. 51319 DATED 05.07.2012 in the name of Bindhu. J.P.
I have paid Rs. 2590/- vide cheque no. 050111 – on Federal bank and the cheque was already debited in my account.
Even after making so many calls, Appco is not turned up and given the connection.
They are not even picking the phones.
While approaching for the connection, Appco had offered so many services and after paying the money they are going back which is not at all correct.
If this is the feedback before the connection, what would be the result after taking the connection.
I had disconnected Airtel connection long back after booking the Reliance HD and I requuired to be compensated with the loss incurred.
Please treat the matter as most as most urgent.
