I have bought a laptop battery of INR 3800/- only in varanasi on 10 october 2010. The battery have One year warranty. I have used it for 7 months and 3 weeks and (on 30 may 2011) returned to seller because performance of battery was very poor.I had gone more than 30times to request to return my battery.
I had sent him two letters via speed post mentioning “you have not return my battery which I have given for replacement after more than one year . so that please return a new battery and INR 5000/-only as compensation for those time within 15 days”.
He had bribed the postman and open letter and read and again pack the same envelope and return to my address.
Now when I personally meet him he told me Don’t ask for correspondence, else he will use correspondence and I shall be in trouble.
I am afraid because my financial condition is not so good and he has money to spend.
please clear can seller go against the decision of consumer court (other than Consumer Court)?
Can I get protection after result?
please help me.
