I have migrated from 10GB plan to 2GB just last month (i.e. in MAY). The reliance homepage ( reliancenetconnect.co.in ) shows Usage information in tab which consists of the Plan Opted, usage meter (which records the usage and keeps updating at every login) , bill date etc. I had not crossed my usage as on the billing date which was on 14-june-2013, it showed my data usage was 1980.83 MB. And since the usage was well within the usage limit my supposed bill was 450+taxes but they have raised a bill of Rs.1517.3(including taxes).
When i called the customer care they say that homepage does’nt show the correct usage. I should have checked in another link. When (i.e. till last month) my plan was 10GB i faced no such issue…whatever was shown on the homepage would appear in the bill also. They are cheating me by not providing me with correct informations.
Also, when my plan was changed to 2GB i had registered a complaint (0n 15.5.2013) with reliance customer-care saying that the homepage still shows me my plan was 10GB and my usage was metered under it. They apologised for the mistake and corrected (As their representative said) my homepage in 24hrs. Since then my usage was metered under 2GB plan (As shown on their homepage).And i clearly remember the customer care representative assuring me this is my billing usage and not what was shown under the 10GB plan(which was shown on the day my new plan came to affect and corrected on lodging a complaint).
Secondly, We got messages (reminders) from the netconnect plus team when our usage reached 100% . This time we got no such message.
Thirdly, I have the picture of the Homepage which showed my usage was 1980.3MB and NOT beyond that.
Fourthly, When we are calling reliance customer care (even this morning) t0 lodge complaint again but hey say the reliance no.(i.e. the number for which we pay bill) we type is not correct and rejecting the call.
All this concludes just one thing RELIANCE NETCONNECT PLUS IS HARASSING ITS CUSTOMER.
We are in no way ready to pay 1517.3 bill as mistake is on reliance’s part not ours. They are providing its customer wrong informations… and assuring them the information on homepage is corrected…
AND CHEATING BECAUSE WE CHANGED OUR PLAN FROM 10GB TO 2GB.
