Improper service, harrasment and cheating

Dear Sir,
I bought a Kawasaki Ninja 250R from Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Pvt Ltd on June 8th 2012. The service of the bike was very bad and also they have not addressed the problems properly. Even though I wrote many mails, they have delayed or not addressed the complaints and have not properly replied to me. Finally today I got to talk to the DGM service and understand that they are not serious about the issues. I got all the problems solved myself. I was complaining about issues from January 2013 and they did not respond. Today they say that the vehicle is more than one year old and they will not bother to or bound to respond. I want to take a legal action on them. I tried to escalate to higher ups of bajaj and I am not allowed to or I am not getting access. However I am formally registering a compliant. I thought initially I will post in this forum. Kawasaki Ninja 250R is a good bike and these local sales and service people in India are spoiling the quality and image of the bike. Ihave already paid for all the service and I want justification from these fellows for the errors done by them. Please help me.
