Today I got a call from your Customer Care Executive (Contact No +912030346135).

They informed me that the plan which was offered to me is not available due to which they have activated the Advanced Rental plan.

Now my question is:-

1. How come without any confirmation / intimation the plan is activated?
2. If plan is not available then why it was offered?
3. Is this the trick which Reliance Communication uses for Earning Extra Rental from the customers?
4. Why from last 20 to 25 day I am getting false reply?
5. Is this kind service is offered to the customers from Reliance Communication? (Fooling the Customers)

Kindly clarify……

What should I do now?????????????????? I am being fooled……….

Unnecessary mental harassment is done.

When I have not given the request for such plan then why should I pay the extra amount? I will not pay the rental if my complaint is not resolved and the bill amount is not reversed.

If you don’t have any request for the said plan then how come you have the request for advanced rental plan??

Kindly arrange for call recording of the call which was done by your retention team.

If the issue is not clear kindly arrange a call on undersigned.

This is a very serious issue of the fraud which is done by your company.

Dear Service Provider,

I am Very miserable with the service which is provided by Reliance
Communication.

Reliance Communication uses very cheap tricks to fool the customer and
take their money.

About 2 months back I had given a request for disconnection of my data
card number. After one week Pune Retention Team gave me a call and
offered a plan and told to visit any nearby Reliance Outlet and select
the plan whichever I want. I visited the Outlet and gave a request for a
plan in which 3GB day and 10GB night usage plan I selected.

The person at the outlet took my request and drafted a mail for change
of plan and told that the plan would be changed within 2 days.

After 2 days when I inquired about the change in plan the Call Center
Executive told that my request will be processed in next bill cycle and
the plan which was told to me will be effective from next bill cycle.

When I inquired about this request the Call Center Executive told me
that the request is taken for 3 months advance rental and my bill amount
is above 1300, wherein I have not given any request for such kind of
plan.

Kindly change my plan as per the request which I had given and reverse
the bill amount. If it is not done then I will not pay any amount or
late payment charges and I will be not responsible for any legal act.

This how all false commitment is given to the customers by Reliance
Communication to earn money???

I am very annoyed by the service which is provided by Reliance
Communication.
