Reliance Bigtv Cheating

I have placed an order for big TV connection by pre-booking on first week of March. I deeply regret for placing this order. The executives are not receiving my call through customer care and they are not responding properly. Hence I am disappointed with service and inspite of repeated emails and calls through customer care i havenot received any response. I have paid Rs. 500 initially. This may be a small sum to the rich but ain’t for people like us. My order id is 12502313. I had made this payment on first week of March. A 1000 people falling for this offer trap is not a small sum. I hereby not interested in the offer anymore but would claim for the refund. If the big companies itself start cheating the poor they may be a hundred big companies to cheater thousands of poor like us. I would request you for the justice.
