Reliance 4G miss communication with customers

I have been using Reliance Netconnect+ internet connection since almost 3 years with the plan 40GB unlimited for 999/-. Recently, I was told that they are going to discontinue Reliance CDMA services and asked me to get a Reliance 4G sim and purchase Wipod from them for the cost of 899/- so that they can provide me 4G services of the same plan for the same price. I confirmed twice with the customer service representatives via chat and I have the chat transcripts as well. Now, they have changed my plan to 5GB 900/-. When I asked them why it was changed they don’t have the correct answer. Before purchasing the wipod, they promised me some thing and now giving some thing. I unnecessarily invested 899/- to purchase the wipod and I would have opted other service provider if I knew the 4G charges earlier. They cheated me giving false information before opting the 4G services and after opting they have changed it to a different plan which is inconvenience for me.

The customer service people are not even ready to escalate or provide the managers details to escalate. They are behaving like they are the complete authority, in that case why are they not sticking to their words which were promised earlier.

This is really a cheating and I want justice in this regard.

I have all the chat transcripts with me.
