My Reliance gsm mobile number is 8956625552. I had activated a net pack of Rs. 9/- (200 mb till midnight) on 7th August, 2016. I was unable to access the internet. So, i registered a complaint (Service Request No. 248642211). The resolution regarding my complaint is not found yet.. Today i called to customer care about refunding my money, as i was unable to use the internet that day. It’s simple, if you can’t provide a service you’re offering then why the hell i should pay for that..!!! I want my money back..!
This is not my first complaint, same thing happened in last month. The senior customer representative saying that there will be no refund of money. I can’t access a single bit of data that day. If the company is offering a service and unable to provide the benefit to customer then why customer should pay for that..!
