reliance 3g net not working properly

I am using reliance since 3-4 months but since 2-3 weeks i m suffering from not working of reliance 3g net. I have also complainced trice in the company about the issue..n they tell me to wait for 4-5 days or gives any other issue..their exsecutives are not eligible to solve my problem..they also tell me to visit reliance store of mira road.but the store is closed since 10 days due to renovation.
Also i would like to bring you in notice that i applied for one of my no. To be ported to reliance ..but went i submitted my documents they lost my documents…n when another time i submitted documents they did not proceed further…n it took about 1 month…so my port got cancell..
So i request you to look into these matter..
